Hala Koszyki’s first tenant takes 2,500 sqm
POLAND Cable-TV operator Multimedia Polska is the first tenant of Hala Koszyki’s office part where it will occupy 2,500 sqm of space. The Hala Koszyki mix-use project is currently being revitalized by Griffin Real Estate in Warsaw.

HUNGARY European telecommunications company UPC has signed a ten-year 6,000 sqm lease agreement for space in the Immofinanz-owned 34,000 sqm Haller Gardens office building in Budapest.

WebInterpret to move into Gdański Business Center I
POLAND E-commerce software provider WebInterpret has leased over 2,000 sqm in Gdański Business Center I in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company is to take up the space situated on the seventh floor of the project’s Building A in the second quarter of 2015.

Russians take over two St Petersburg Warimpex towers
RUSSIA ZAO Avielen, a joint venture of Warimpex (55 pct), CA Immo Group (35 pct) and UBM (10 pct), has sold two of its three AirportCity office towers in St Petersburg to a subsidiary of the private Russian pension fund Blagosostoyanie, which is managed by the Trinifico Investment Group, for EUR 70 mln.

Griffin plans on developing massive Łódź complex
POLAND A 7.7-ha plot situated between ul. Milionowa and ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź has been purchased in an auction by Griffin Group. Now the new owner plans on constructing a 100,000 sqm mixed-use complex on the parcel previously owned by Opal Property Developments.
