Deloitte to take up 11,000 sqm in new Warsaw tower
POLAND International business consultancy Deloitte has signed a 11,000 sqm lease deal for office space in Q22, an Echo Investment building that is currently being constructed in Warsaw. The PLN 500 mln project is planned to be completed in Q1 2016.

POLAND Dalmor, part of the Polskiego Holdingu Nieruchomości (PHN) group, has signed a joint venture contract with mLocum, part of mBank, to develop the Molo Rybackie residential project in the Sea City part of Gdynia.
Porr to build Bałtyk
POLAND Porr has been awarded a contract by Garvest to be the general contractor for its Bałtyk office building development in Poznań. The construction works is scheduled to start in mid-November, with the preparation work having already started.

POLAND Polish investment fund REINO Dywidenda FIZ has bought one of the two buildings that form Kapelanka 42, a 30,000 sqm gla office complex in Kraków, for EUR 29 mln.
