Seven mln sqm of offices built since communism – CBRE
POLAND In the 25 years since the end of communism, 7 mln sqm of office space and 951 office buildings have been developed in Poland – according to figures released by CBRE on the June 4th anniversary of the country’s first democratic elections in 1989.

ROMANIA The vacancy rate on the Bucharest office market is likely to decrease from the current 15 pct to 13.5 pct by the end of this year, with a further drop to 12 pct predicted by the end of 2015, according to the Bucharest office MarketView report by CBRE Global.
