RUSSIA Two companies have recently bought office space in the Nagatino i-Land business park in Moscow. Transport company RailTransHolding has bought 2,454 sqm on the 11th and the 12th floors of the Newton business centre (total area 36,064 sqm), while Navigator, specialising in lighting products, acquired a 1,597 sqm office on the 13th floor of the Lobachevskiy business centre (33,381 sqm).

Bank Zachodni WBK to move into Atrium 1

POLAND Skanska Property Poland has signed a lease with Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group for 12,200 sqm of offices in the Atrium 1 building in Warsaw, as well as a bank branch on the ground floor. Atrium 1, which is currently under construction at the ONZ roundabout in the city, is now 80 pct leased.
