Transport company RailTransHolding has bought 2,454 sqm on the 11th and the 12th floors of the Newton business centre (total area 36,064 sqm), while Navigator, specialising in lighting products, acquired a 1,597 sqm office on the 13th floor of the Lobachevskiy business centre (33,381 sqm).
