Colliers predicts 630,000 sqm of new office stock in 2013
POLAND Around 630,000 sqm of office space is to come onto the market in 2013, according to Colliers International. In Warsaw alone, new supply should amount to 320,000 sqm in projects located mainly outside the city centre (in Mokotów, Włochy and Wola districts).
Baker Hughes in Monarch
RUSSIA Oilfield services company Baker Hughes has leased 4,348 sqm of office space in the Monarch business centre on Leningradskiy Prospekt in Moscow.
Gazprom fills the rest of AirportCity I
RUSSIA Another member of the Gazprom group has leased the remaining 5,000 sqm of office space at AirportCity in St Petersburg’s Pulkovo district.
Eniro Polska to occupy whole New City II
POLAND Eniro Polska, the owner of the Panorama Firm and Budownictwo directories, has signed a lease for the entire New City II building within the Mokotów New City complex in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Agricultural tenant for Diapaszon
RUSSIA Razguliay [Разгуляй], a major Russian agricultural holding, has signed a lease agreement for 4,225 sqm in the Diapazon [Диапазон] business centre in Moscow.
Office market still deflating
RUSSIA Over 556,000 sqm was delivered onto the Moscow office market, according to figures from CBRE.
Office stock at 2.88 mln sqm
CZECH REPUBLIC By the end of the year, total modern office stock in Prague exceeded 2.88 mln sqm, according to the Prague Research Forum. Class ‘A’ properties represent 70 pct of this stock.

Quiet Q4 for Slovakian offices
SLOVAKIA In Q4 2012 there was only one major investment transaction on the Slovak real estate market – the sale of the Europa Business Centre office complex in Banská Bystrica, according to the latest report by Jones Lang LaSalle.
