POLAND Eleven buildings totalling 120,000 sqm were added to the Warsaw office market in Q4 2012, bringing the modern office stock up to 3.859 mln sqm, according to the latest figures released by the Warsaw Research Forum.

POLAND Hays Poland has renegotiated its lease of 1,265 sqm of office space in the Lumen building in central Warsaw.
Two deals for Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich
POLAND Architectural studio SUD Architectes has leased 410 sqm, while Apax Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund are to share 220 sqm, in the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building in central Warsaw. Both leases are for a period of five years.
DNB to move into Quadrum Business City
LITHUANIA DNB bank has leased over 10,000 sqm in Quadrum Business City in Vilnius and is planning to move into the building in the fourth quarter of 2015.

POLAND The Polish subsidiary of French pharmaceutical company Cegedim has leased 3,500 sqm in the Mokotów Nova building in Warsaw.

ROMANIA Internet security company Bitdefender has leased 3,820 sqm of office space in the DV24 project in Bucharest.
