CEE REGION In Q2 there was an average 10 pct y-o-y decline in office take-up across the CEE region (excluding Eastern Europe), according to an office market report by CBRE.
EFL to move to Business Garden Warsaw
POLAND The European Leasing Fund (EFL) has leased more than 2 000 sqm of office space on the sixth floor of the second building of Business Garden Warsaw, at the junction of ul. Żwirki Wigury and ul. 1 Sierpnia in the city’s Włochy district.

NEPI teams up for Cluj office park
ROMANIA South African investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) and businessman Ovidiu Sandor are to jointly develop a class ‘A’ office project on the site of the former Tricotaje Someşul plant in Cluj-Napoca, according to local media reports.
