RUSSIA Vacancy rates in the Moscow class ‘A’ office market fell from 12.5 pct to 11.9 pct in H1, according to a report by Knight Frank. The consultancy attributes the drop to strong tenant demand and limited development completions.

Mermaid Properties signs leases and plans new projects
POLAND Mermaid Properties has leased a total of 5,400 sqm. The developer has signed leases for 2,710 sqm in the Cross Point office building in Łódź, 2,500 sqm in the Libra Business Centre complex in Warsaw and 210 sqm in Pałac Młodziejowskiego also in the capital.
Red Group leases in Prague and Ostrava
CZECH REPUBLIC Red Group has announced that it has concluded lease agreements with eleven new tenants for more than 5,500 sqm office space in its Nagano Park complex in Prague and The Orchard in Ostrava.
