RUSSIA Credit card bank Tinkoff Credit Systems is to move all of its call centres into one office and has signed a lease of 7,300 sqm in MirLand Business Center on ulitsa 2 Khutorskaya in Moscow.

Fewer Moscow office deliveries
RUSSIA Around 162,500 sqm of new office space came onto the Moscow market in Q4 2012, representing a 9 pct decline q-o-q. A total of 557,000 sqm was added to the market over the year, representing a 33 pct decline y-o-y.

POLAND Building ‘C’ has been opened of the Bonarka4Business office complex in Kraków. The 8,700 sqm building is already 98 pct leased, to tenants such as Euroclear, CryptoTech, Herbalife and Lux Med.

Record year for Warsaw take-up
POLAND Eleven buildings totalling 120,000 sqm were added to the Warsaw office market in Q4 2012, bringing the modern office stock up to 3.859 mln sqm, according to the latest figures released by the Warsaw Research Forum.

POLAND Architectural studio SUD Architectes has leased 410 sqm, while Apax Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund are to share 220 sqm, in the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building in central Warsaw. Both leases are for a period of five years.
