POLAND In the middle part of this year, Warimpex Finanz-und Beteiligungs is to enter the tender process for the purchase of a historic building at ul. Próżna 14 in Warsaw, opposite its recently completed Le Palais office project on the same street.

Record year for Warsaw take-up
POLAND Eleven buildings totalling 120,000 sqm were added to the Warsaw office market in Q4 2012, bringing the modern office stock up to 3.859 mln sqm, according to the latest figures released by the Warsaw Research Forum.

POLAND Architectural studio SUD Architectes has leased 410 sqm, while Apax Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund are to share 220 sqm, in the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building in central Warsaw. Both leases are for a period of five years.
DNB to move into Quadrum Business City
LITHUANIA DNB bank has leased over 10,000 sqm in Quadrum Business City in Vilnius and is planning to move into the building in the fourth quarter of 2015.
