POLAND IBM has leased the first phase – almost 9,000 sqm – of the A4 Business Park in Katowice. The IT giant is to open a service delivery centre to provide customer service and technical support to companies in the building.
Around 2,000 people are to be employed in the new premises. The completion of the first stage of A4 Business Park is planned for Q1 2014. It has received a BREEAM Interim certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level. Echo Investment is the developer of the project, while the DDJM architectural studio of Kraków is responsible for the design and Remax Construct is the general contractor.
