Poland Vesuvius moves into Korona

The tenant has leased over 2,200 sqm of modern office space. Vesuvius has been operating a manufacturing plant located in Skawina, near Kraków, for over 25 years. The new Vesuvius office occupies the fifth and sixth floors of the Edison building – one of four office buildings developed and managed by GTC within the Korona complex, which together provide over 39,000 sqm of premium office space. The complex is recognised as one of Kraków’s largest business hubs, home to numerous companies from the IT, gaming, and engineering sectors. Korona holds BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and has also been awarded ‘Buildings Without Barriers’.
