AFI Park 1 almost full
ROMANIA The AFI Park 1 office building in Bucharest is now 85 pct leased. IT company Endava, one of the anchor tenants of the building, has decided to expand its existing 2,400 sqm of office space by a further 600 sqm.

Colliers predicts 630,000 sqm of new office stock in 2013
POLAND Around 630,000 sqm of office space is to come onto the market in 2013, according to Colliers International. In Warsaw alone, new supply should amount to 320,000 sqm in projects located mainly outside the city centre (in Mokotów, Włochy and Wola districts).
