POLAND Haitong happy in Lumen
Chinese investment bank Haitong Group has prolonged its lease of 1,200 sqm in the Lumen office building in central Warsaw. The workspaces department of the owner and manager of the building, Globalworth, is to remodel the bank’s offices.

Poland The new face of Stara Rzeźnia is unveiled
Vastint Poland has presented its revitalisation concept for the post-industrial site of the Stara Rzeznia (the Old Slaughterhouse) in Poznań. The historic buildings of the former meat plant are to be carefully restored and will offer service, retail and gastronomic premises, as well as cultural and exhibition space.

POLAND KOWR cool in Karolkowa
Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR), the state agricultural development agency, has renewed its 10,000 sqm lease in the Karolkowa Business Park office building in Warsaw, which is owned by the Menora Group, Shikun & Binui Group and M&A Capital.

Poland Varso Tower completed
HB Reavis has completed the construction of the tallest skyscraper in the EU – Varso Tower. The building, which has been designed by the Foster + Partners studio, comprises 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The first tenants are to move in this month.

POLAND LaSoft makes landing in Off Piotrkowska
Ukrainian web-app developer LaSoft has leased 360 sqm of office space in the Off Piotrkowska complex in Łódź. This is now the third location of the Lviv-based company, following the opening of offices in Wrocław.

Risskov, a Swiss travel agency with Danish origins, has leased 555 sqm in the Kálvin Square office building in Budapest, which is owned by KGAL and asset/property managed by ConvergenCE.

POLAND Mindspace opens in Skyliner
Israeli flex office operator Mindspace has leased 4,400 sqm of the 42-storey Skyliner office building in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum business district. This will be its second location in Poland, where it will provide over 600 workstations, and is scheduled to open in spring 2023.
