BULGARIA Sofia office market shows signs of recovery
The modern office stock in Sofia reached 2.340 mln sqm at the end of H1, following the completion of 91,000 sqm of class A office developments in Q2 2021 – three times the figure in the first quarter, according to real estate consultancy MBL.

At the end of Q2 2021, the total modern office stock in Warsaw amounted to almost 6.1 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from PINK (the Polish Chamber of Commercial Properties). The vacancy rate was up by 1.1 pp q-o-q and by 4.6 pp y-o-y to 12.5 pct.
