In the first half of 2021, developers delivered 21 office projects with a total area of around 352,500 sqm (Warsaw – 226,000 sqm in ten projects, regional markets – 126,500 sqm in eleven), which increased the total stock to nearly 12.1 mln sqm., according to figures from Axi Immo.
