7,500 sqm lease in Váci Greens
HUNGARY An undisclosed software development company has pre-leased 7,500 sqm of office space in building E of the Váci Greens development in Budapest.

C&F takes more of Tulipan House
POLAND Data management company C&F has increased the office space it occupies in the Tulipan House building in Warsaw from 1,300 sqm to 2,150 sqm and has extended its lease agreement for a further five years.

POLAND Poznań’s office stock increased by nearly 18 pct to 564,800 sqm in 2019, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Over the period ten office buildings totalling 85,700 sqm were delivered to the market.

EUROPE In 2019, Skanska sold nine office buildings for EUR 545 mln, completed 14 buildings with a total volume of almost 240,000 sqm and leased more than 171,000 sqm in Europe. Currently, the developer has more than 472,000 sqm of office space in 21 buildings under construction.
Wrocław office market grows by 150,000 sqm
POLAND In 2019, Wrocław’s office market grew by 147,300 sqm, bringing the city’s total office stock to 1.18 mln sqm, according to the latest Cushman & Wakefield’s report.

Palio comes to the shipyard
POLAND Palio Office Park in Gdańsk has a new land development plan which will allow for the development of a multi-stage office complex at the Gdańsk Shipyard, of around 90,000 sqm. The investor behind the project is Cavatina Holding. Work began on the project in 2019.
