RSSPoznań office stock reaches 565,000 sqm
POLAND Poznań’s office stock amounted to just under 565,000 sqm at the end of 2019, having increased by almost 18 pct over the year, according to Cresa Poland’s ‘Occupier Economics: The Office Market in Poznań 2019’ report.

New Work announces further expansion
CEE REGION New Work has announced that by the end of 2020 it should be managing around 60,000 sqm of flexible office space in 34 locations across five countries. This is double the area the company had under management at the end of 2019.
