POLAND Global IT company Larsen & Toubro Infotech has leased 1,200 sqm of office space in the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The company, which operates in 30 countries, employs 100 people in Poland and has been present on the Polish market for two years.

City Space in Moje Miejsce
POLAND Echo Investment-owned flex space operator City Space has leased 2,300 sqm in the developer’s Moje Miejsce mixed-use complex in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. The tenant will take up the space on the ground and first floors of the first office building in the complex.

GSK stays in Adgar Wave
POLAND Pharmaceuticals giant GSK has renewed its lease agreement in the Adgar Wave office building in Warsaw where it occupies more than 4,000 sqm. It has also taken on extra space in the BeYOURSeLF flexible office space section of the building. GSK was advised by JLL.
