POLAND Colliers International is to analyse occupancy and space usage in real time using a system developed by Basking Automation, a company that took part in the Colliers Proptech Accelerator programme powered by Techstars.
Office vacancy to increase in Bucharest
ROMANIA The vacancy rate on the Bucharest office market could increase up to 13 pct by the end of 2020 from 10 pct at the end of June 2019, according to Colliers International.

The consultancy conducted a survey of over 11,000 office workers from eleven European countries, including around 1,000 people from Poland.
