POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości has selected a general contractor for its Skysawa project at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw.
Etalon takes full control of ZIL-Yug
RUSSIA Etalon has announced that its subsidiary Leader-Invest has increased its 50 pct stake in OJSC Razvitie to 100 pct and as a result is to take over the ZIL-Yug project, which is the largest mixed-use real estate development project in Moscow.

Bratislava looks up despite objections
SLOVAKIA A board of appeal has thrown out objections to the construction of the Eurovea 2 project in Bratislava. As a result the zoning decision for the project should be awarded within days including for the construction of the Eurovea Tower, which is to be the country’s tallest building at 170m.
