CZECH REPUBLIC Czech air travel agency platform Kiwi.com has leased 11,000 sqm of office space in the Nová Zbrojovka multi-functional project in Brno’s Židenice district.

Warsaw office market smaller than the regions
POLAND At the end of 2019, total office stock for the regions (Kraków, Wrocław, the TriCity, the Silesian Conurbation, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin and Szczecin) came to 5.6 mln sqm, which is more than the total office stock of Warsaw, according to The Polish Commercial Real Estate Chamber (PINK).
