WORLD Almost two-thirds of companies now use coworking to some degree and many expect to double their usage over the next five years, according to Cushman & Wakefield and CoreNet Global, in their survey of 550 key commercial real estate executives across the world.

POLAND The Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk has appointed Hochtief Polska to construct the first building of the Airport City Gdańsk office park in a contract worth PLN 66 mln.

No slow down for Cavatina
POLAND Office stock in Kraków came to 1,350,000 sqm with around a further 90,000 sqm to be delivered by the end of this year. The Tischner Office developed by Cavatina accounts for more than a third of this space. Additionally Cavatina has started work on the fourth stage of the Equal Business Park.

CPI starts shopping spree
POLAND CPI has applied to the Polish competition authorities for permission to buy two Warsaw buildings: the Warsaw Financial Centre and the Eurocentrum Office Complex. Eurocentrum comprises a total of 84,600 sqm of leasable space and is owned by Capital Park Group.
