Getin to move to Warsaw Hub
POLAND Getin Noble Bank is to move its headquarters to The Warsaw HUB, which is being developed by Ghelamco Poland. The 18,500 sqm lease in building C has a seven-year term and is to commence from the second half of 2020.

POLAND Beauty company Coty has extended its 2,636 sqm lease in Warsaw Towers, an office building owned by CA Immo Group.

EMEA REGION The phenomenal growth of flexible working space is likely to continue for many years to come and by 2022 is expected to have grown by over 50 pct, with around 750,000 workers using the space on a regular basis, claims Colliers International in its ‘Flexible Workspace Outlook Report 2019’.
