Consolidations driving Warsaw office market
POLAND This year has been one of consolidations and records for the Warsaw office market, according to a study published by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Business services takes up 190,000 sqm in H1
POLAND In the first half of 2019, tenants from the business services sector leased almost 190,000 sqm of office space, representing a quarter of the total office demand in Poland, JLL has revealed.
