Good news for the residential market
POLAND Impressive sales results and a fall in the number of apartments on sale despite a clear increase in the number of apartments being made available for sale in Q1 2014 were the two features that characterised the primary residential market at the end of Q1 2014 in the six main cities of Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, the TriCity, Poznań and Łódź), according to figures from REAS.
