Growth in home sales continues
POLAND Over 7,800 apartments were placed on the market in the October–December period of 2013 in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, the TriCity, Poznań and Łódź, according to figures from Reas.
Retail space to increase by 610,000 sqm
POLAND Around 610,000 sqm of retail space is currently under development with app. 500,000 sqm scheduled for completion in 2014, according to the latest figures from Jones Lang LaSalle.
