POLAND Unidevelopment has signed an initial purchase contract for a land plot in Poznań’s Wilda district, where it plans to construct the second and third stages of the Osiedle Czarneckiego residential project.
The developer signed a conditional agreement on the acquisition of rights to a land plot located on ul. Czarneckiego and ul. Robocza and will be able to acquire the parcel unless the Mayor of Poznań uses his right of pre-emption. The property has already been granted building permit for a residential complex comprised of multi-apartment buildings with underground car parks and retail/services units that is now legally binding.
