Archicom is planning a new housing estate in Warsaw. The developer wants to implement its latest project, designed by the WWAA studio, at the intersection of ul. Postępu and ul. Bokserska.
Archicom purchased a 1.3-ha plot of land at ul. Postępu in 2023 with the intention of developing multi-family residential buildings. The concept currently being presented was developed by Warsaw-based studio WWAA, which is also the author of the neighbouring development, Modern Mokotów, also planned under the provisions of the housing specs act. Archicom's proposal complies with the applicable local urban planning and architectural standards. It also received a positive opinion from the Office
