Poland AKIPIA joins Roma Tower as investor; construction contract signed
Czech investment group AKIPIA has joined the Roma Tower project in Warsaw, while the investors have signed a construction agreement with the general contractor. The 170-metre residential tower at the junction of ul. Emilii Plater and ul. Nowogrodzka will comprise 357 ultra-luxury apartments.

Slovak investment company Sandberg Capital is investing in the Rezidence Hausmannova residential project in Prague’s Modřany district. The developer has secured a building permit and plans to start construction and apartment sales in October.

Poland Archicom signs PLN 87 mln contract for Poznań housing project
Archicom has signed an agreement with Unibep for the construction of the first two buildings at its Kolektyw residential project in Poznań. The contract is worth around PLN 87 mln net and covers 278 apartments. Construction is scheduled to start in Q4 2026 and finish in Q2 2028.

Rutkowski Group has acquired a site in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, where it plans to build 39 apartments. Located at the junction of ul Daniszewska and ul. Szlachecka, the project will be the group’s first residential development in Warsaw.

Warsaw offers estimated gross residential investment yields of 4.5–6 pct, according to a new analysis by Cordia Group comparing housing markets in Poland, Hungary and Romania. ATAL has launched sales of 72 apartments in the second phase of its ATAL Jasieny project in Gdansk. Located on Stężycka Street, the development comprises 22 low-rise terraced buildings and detached two-unit buildings. Prices start at PLN 10,500 per sqm, with construction scheduled for completion in mid-2028.

Poland Apartments remain a top investment
Poles continue to see apartments as one of the most attractive ways of investing their money, according to Otodom’s ‘Property Market Sentiment Monitor’. The report shows that 57 pct of respondents consider an apartment a good investment, rising to 67 pct among those planning to buy a property from a developer. At the same time, a growing range of instruments allows investors to gain exposure to housing-market financing without buying a property. One such instrument is the mortgage-covered bond, which gives individual investors access to mortgage-market financing.

MTX Development is planning a 133m residential tower at ul. Chorzowska 1 in Katowice, directly opposite the Spodek arena. The developer submitted an application for a zoning decision in December 2025, while Konior Studio has unveiled a visualisation of the project’s architectural concept.
