The Aupark Shopping Centre in Bratislava has received EUR 270 mln in refinancing from a consortium of banks, including UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia—acting as arranger, coordinator, facility agent and security agent— Tatra banka, Československá obchodná banka, ING Bank, and Všeobecná úverová banka. The banks were advised by Kinstellar.

Galeria Karuzela Kołobrzeg will gain an additional 5,000 sqm of GLA. The new tenants will include home furnishings brands, a fitness club, a children's playroom, and a large restaurant from a national chain.

Era Park has now opened in Kosakowo, near Gdynia. The retail park is on the Gdynia-Rewa road, directly next to an existing Lidl supermarket, as well as Aldi and Biedronka stores, an Orlen filling station, and a KFC drive-thru restaurant.

Panattoni has begun the development of a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be a BTS development within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space, along with offices and social facilities.

Retail parks in the Czech Republic are rapidly expanding and already account for almost a third of all modern retail space. In 2025, 82,400 sqm of new and expanded retail parks were delivered to the market, and the pace of their expansion is accelerating. Overall, developers plan to deliver 19 retail parks to the market this year, with a total area of nearly 90,000 sqm. This follows from data by Cushman & Wakefield.

7R has laid the cornerstone for a state-of-the-art logistics and technology hub in Kraków. 7R Hub Nowa Huta is set to deliver around 230,000 sqm of modern industrial space. Even before construction work began on ul. Igołomska in Kraków, 7R had secured lease agreements for much of the commercial space in the project.

Leading Austrian padel operator Padeldome has signed a lease to build develop a 16-court sports centre within MLP Business Park Vienna, set to open in June 2026.

Panattoni has completed the sale of an automated e-grocery distribution centre leased to Auchan in the Warsaw region. The buyer is French investment fund Corum XL, managed by Corum Asset Management. The property was sold for EUR 30.2 mln.

Uni-logistics has leased the entire 8th floor of President's Quay in Gdynia. Uni-logistics will occupy 1,115 sqm in the first phase of the Waterfront mixed-use development, owned and managed by Vastint. Colliers advised the tenant on the transaction.

Daftcode, a tech venture capital company, has leased nearly 800 sqm of office space at Centrum Marszałkowska in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by Newmark Polska.
City Point Okęcie Logistics Park, a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification with a score of 92.3 pct. The rating places the project among the leading logistics facilities in Poland.
