Panattoni Park Koluszki has been sold to DL Invest Group for EUR 29 mln. The centre includes both warehouse space and a manufacturing plant.

Poland KPE granted PLN 770 mln

Kajima Properties Europe has secured a PLN 770 mln five-year investment loan on significantly improved terms. The financing was arranged by a consortium of PKO Bank Polski and ING Bank Śląski.

Poland DL Invests purchases two-building complex

DL Invest Group has purchased a logistics park from Elhurt Plus. The 20,000 sqm park comprises two buildings and is now to be renamed DL Invest Park Kraków-Bochnia.

Poland Rysy Properties buys Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV

Panattoni has sold Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV, a logistics facility centre of around 32,000 sqm to Rysy Properties. The park's single tenant is Solo midocean, a European leader in personalized promotional products.

Trei Real Estate has opened its third retail park in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region in Grudziądz, with the first two being in Inowrocław and Solec Kujawski. The centre has around 5,800 sqm gla with ten stores.

The Trademarc Property Fund, co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold Panattoni Park Warsaw North II, an 88,000 sqm logistics park in Radzymin, east of Warsaw, to Trigea Nemovitostní Fond.

The comprehensive renovation of the Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square has been completed. The work included 146 guestrooms, the lobby, the fitness centre, the swimming pool, the wellness area, and the conference room.

Poland No more office space in AFI Bohema

The office section of the AFI Home Metro Szwedzka complex in Warsaw, in the city's Praga-Północ district, is fully leased with the signing of Enel-Med as the latest tenant in the AFI Bohema centre.

Poland Squarepoint signs lease for space in Skyliner II

The Karimpol Group has signed its first lease agreement for the Skyliner II office building in Warsaw's Wola district. Global investment management firm Squarepoint will occupy nearly 2,200 sqm.

Budapest One ranked Outstanding

The second stage of the Budapest ONE office complex has achieved the highest possible BREEAM In-Use rating of Outstanding for its operational performance. The Budapest One office complex has received the highest possible rating of Outstanding for its BREEAM In-Use certification. The project, developed by Futureal, has been acclaimed as the second most sustainable commercial building in Hungary for buildings with BREEAM In-Use, after the Etele Plaza shopping centre, another project by the same developer.

Segro has completed the first stage of BREEAM In-Use certification for 16 buildings in Poland. The total area of the facilities came to 335,000 sqm, including buildings in Warsaw, Poznań, Stryków, Gliwice, and Wrocław.
