Record sales for Bouygues Immobilier
POLAND In 2012 Residential developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska sold a record 350 apartments in Warsaw as well as 20 houses in Józefosław just outside the city.
Still fewer new homes
ROMANIA In December 2012, a total of 2,342 building permits were issued for residential buildings, representing a 10.4 pct decrease on the previous month and a 14.2 pct decrease on December 2011, according to data from Romania’s National Institute of Statistics (INS).
Dolcan announces plans for 2013
POLAND In 2013 Dolcan is to put 782 apartments on the market. The developer is also to start construction work on the second stage of its Ogrody Ochota estate in Warsaw, an investment of app. PLN 90 mln.
Kristensen Group makes plans
POLAND This year Kristensen Group plans to launch the second stage, comprising 12 homes with 24 apartments, of its holiday home estate on ul. Komuny Paryskiej in Karpacz.

Dekretowiec demands property restoration
POLAND The Warsaw Property Rights Association, Dekretowiec, has submitted a draft amendment to the Property Management Act, which would allow for the return in kind (without financial compensation) of property confiscated by the city of Warsaw under the so-called Bierut decree of 1945.
Floating buildings appear in Rijek
CROATIA US based-architectural studio Zoka Zola has designed for the city of Rijek four residential buildings that appear to float above the ground with 80 apartments and a combined area of app 5,800 sqm.
Modřanský Háj enters new stage
CZECH REPUBLIC The Modřanský Háj residential complex in Cholupice in Prague 4 is being expanded by two new apartment buildings containing 48 flats.

Residential market going down
POLAND The secondary residential market in Poland is characterised by decreasing prices, prolonged sales times, and the growing popularity of smaller and smaller apartments, according to the Polish Real Estate Federation’s summary of 2012.
Ronson looks to increase sales
POLAND Ronson intends to sell 500 apartments in 2013, compared to the 380 it sold in 2012.
Smyk comes to Rzgów
POLAND In March, toy store Smyk is to join the tenants of the Ptak Outlet outlet centre in Rzgów near Łódź with a 550 sqm lease. The centre offers 33,000 sqm of retail space which should eventually house 140 units.
Ronson closes year with higher sales
POLAND Developer Ronson sold 119 apartments in Q4 2012 compared to 58 in Q4 2011. – it is a better sales result compared to the one achieved in the same period in 2011.
