RSSDekretowiec demands property restoration
POLAND The Warsaw Property Rights Association, Dekretowiec, has submitted a draft amendment to the Property Management Act, which would allow for the return in kind (without financial compensation) of property confiscated by the city of Warsaw under the so-called Bierut decree of 1945.
Floating buildings appear in Rijek
CROATIA US based-architectural studio Zoka Zola has designed for the city of Rijek four residential buildings that appear to float above the ground with 80 apartments and a combined area of app 5,800 sqm.

POLAND Developer Ronson sold 119 apartments in Q4 2012 compared to 58 in Q4 2011. – it is a better sales result compared to the one achieved in the same period in 2011.
Inpro sells fewer apartments
POLAND Apartment sales were down for Grupa Inpro in 2012. Over the four quarters of the year the company sold 356 apartments, 16 pct fewer than in 2011.

POLAND Residential developer Atal sold 785 apartments last year, 50 pct more than in 2011.

POLAND Residential developer Marvipol sold 355 apartments in 2012, compared to 503 in 2011.
Record sales for Robyg
POLAND Grupa Robyg sold a record 1,113 apartments net in 2012, representing an increase of almost 10 pct on 2011.
Dom Development announces preliminary sales figures
POLAND Dom Development sold 1,436 apartments in 2012, with 334 sold in Q4, according to preliminary data. In the previous year 1,970 apartments were handed over to clients with 549 in Q4.
Robyg’s revenue grows 151 pct
POLAND Robyg recorded revenue of PLN 402 mln in 2012.
