ROMANIA In January 2013, 1,694 construction permits, of which 64 pct were for rural developments, for residential buildings were issued – a 2.2 pct decrease on January 2012, according to the National Institute of Statistics (INS).
Apartment prices fall
POLAND According to the domy.pl portal, the Apartment Price Index (ICM) for the secondary market came to 847.6 points in January, a 1.2 point decrease on December last year.
