POLAND In 2012 Residential developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska sold a record 350 apartments in Warsaw as well as 20 houses in Józefosław just outside the city.
ROMANIA In December 2012, a total of 2,342 building permits were issued for residential buildings, representing a 10.4 pct decrease on the previous month and a 14.2 pct decrease on December 2011, according to data from Romania’s National Institute of Statistics (INS).
