This is the fifth opening of a retail park under the M Park brand in Poland this year. The project was purchased at the development stage from the developer Genesis Property. M Park Ropczyce is a total of over 4,500 sqm with eight tenants. The centre is on ul. Kolejowa 13, one of the town’s main roads. It has parking for 140 vehicles as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. M Park Ropczyce is expected to apply for BREEAM certification with a minimum rating of ‘Very Good’. The tenants include an Aldi grocery store, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, CCC and Worldbox.

M Park Ropczyce is a great example of how to develop projects in small towns - with a good partner and a clearly defined goal. Through our effective collaboration with Genesis Property, we managed not only to move quickly from the purchase to the opening, but also to fully commercialise the centre before the launch day. This demonstrates that we understand local needs well and are able to respond to them. Today we are celebrating in Ropczyce, but we are already thinking about further projects and openings.
Magdalena Kowalewska - Kasperowicz, COO, LCP Poland
