Poland Smyk goes BIG in Konstantynów
The commercialisation of the BIG Konstantynów centre, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, is drawing to a close. One of the latest tenants to be announced is Smyk. The 21,000 sqm project is scheduled to open in October.

Poland OTO Park Zduńska Wola to open H1 2027
Work is to begin on OTO Park Zduńska Wola, which is to open in H1 next year with tenants that include HalfPrice, CCC, Rossmann, Martes Sport, House, Cropp, Sinsay, and WorldBox. The development has a final building permit.

Retail in Poland is becoming more decentralised according to the latest data from Cushman & Wakefield. All current new projects are retail parks in towns with populations of less than 50,000. In larger cities, expansions dominate.

Grocery operator Biedronka will open a modern supermarket in the upcoming Smart Park in Bielsk Podlaski. The project is being developed by RGL. The first phase will comprise 8,000 sqm, which will eventually be expanded to 13,000 sqm gla.

Focus Estate Fund has extended its lease agreements with Pepco and Deichmann for space in the Galeria Awangarda shopping centre in Bartoszyce. Pepco occupies around 540 sqm, and Deichmann occupies 450 sqm.

The Osada shopping and service centre in Żyrardów is to open in a number of days. The park developed on a site of around 10 ha and will eventually have nearly 35,000 sqm of leasable space. The opening of the first stage of the project is scheduled for a few days.

Poland LCP Poland launches fifth MPark project this year
LCP Poland, part of M Core has purchased land in Nowa Wola near Warsaw, where it is to launch its fifth retail park development project this year. MPark Nowa Wola is to comprise two buildings with 16 leasable units and a total gla of almost 7,500 sqm.
