Poland Castorama opens Design Studio in Gemini Park
Castorama has opened a new Design Studio in Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała. Launched on 13 August, the new space adds to the shopping centre’s growing range of services, offering customers professional support with interior design projects, from the initial concept through to installation.

Poland Work begins on Park Kaszuby
Finarto Investments has appointed Allcon as the general contractor for Park Kaszuby, a new retail park in Wejherowo. The construction site is due to be handed over and work is scheduled to begin in August 2026. The project will offer 13,000 sqm of leasable space, 17 retail units and 324 parking spaces. The park is scheduled to open in November 2027.

Poland Retail stock breaches 14 mln sqm
In the first half of 2026, Poland’s modern retail stock grew by more than 200,000 sqm, bringing the total to over 14 million sqm at the end of June. According to real estate advisory firm Colliers, the number of operating retail schemes rose to 738, while retail density reached 374 sqm per 1,000 residents.

Poland Retail market revives
In Q2 2026, Poland’s retail property market saw a clear upturn in new supply, with 134,500 sqm of space added. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, retail parks are the main driver of market growth, accounting for the largest share of both newly delivered space and projects under construction. The sector’s strength is also reflected in rising retail sales figures and the arrival of new international brands.

POLAND TK Maxx to debut in Galeria Wiślanka
TK Maxx is to open a 2,200 sqm store in Galeria Wiślanka in Żory, about 30 km southwest of Katowice in Silesia. This will be the British clothing chain’s only location in this region of Poland.
