Poland Key under construction in Giżycko
Construction work has begun on the new Keya retail park on ul. Obwodowa in Giżycko in northeast Poland. The project will comprise over 5,000 sqm anchored by a Biedronka supermarket.

Poland Galeria Raj to grow bigger
The Galeria Raj retail park is to be expanded by a further 6,000 sqm area and New Modivo Platform stores will occupy nearly 3,000 sqm. Galeria Raj includes stores from various segments such as fashion and home furnishings, as well as services and restaurants. The centre currently has a total gla of 20,400 sqm.

Poland Poles still want to shop on Sundays
Half of shopping centre visitors want the opportunity to shop on Sundays, according to a CBRE survey. The biggest supporters of Sunday shopping are people aged 35-44, closely followed by the youngest group of shoppers, those under 24.

TEDi, with over 3,700 stores in 15 European countries, is opening its 300th store in Poland in Chrzanów. The chain currently has over 3,700 stores across 15 European countries, and first entered Poland with the opening of a store in Dąbrowa Górnicza in 2018.

Poland More tenants for Soho by Yareal
Yareal Polska continues to expand the retail tenant mix for its flagship, mixed-use complex in Warsaw's Praga Południe district. SOHO by Yareal now includes a Maxi Zoo pet store, the Alike Pottery Studio, and the Unroasted coffee store. Under the new agreements, Yareal has leased nearly 500 sqm on the ground floors of the buildings.

Romania EUR 9 mln to modernise Iulius Mall
Iulius Mall Iași, owned by Iulius and Atterbury Europe, is to be modernised in an investment of EUR 9 mln. The shopping centre currently comprises 27,000 sqm gla and it was the second shopping centre to open in Romania back in 2000.
