Poland OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie to open next month
The official opening of the OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie complex is set for August 27. Developed jointly by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum Central Europe, the new retail park will bring over 20,000 sqm of space to the market.

Poland Retail park in Mierzyn nearing completion
Construction of a modern retail park on ul. Spółdzielców in Mierzyn, just outside Szczecin, is entering its final phase. The project, developed by RWS Investment Group, is set to open in the third quarter of 2026 and will bring around 11,000 sqm of retail and service space to the local market.

Czech Republic Czech Republic attracts retail brands
So far this year, 16 brands have debuted in the Czech Republic, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield. The most prominent segments were foodservice (seven brands) and fashion – including clothing, footwear, and accessories (four brands). Fourteen debuts took place in Prague, with one each in Ostrava and Pardubice.

The Galeria Raj retail park is to be expanded by a further 6,000 sqm area and New Modivo Platform stores will occupy nearly 3,000 sqm. Galeria Raj includes stores from various segments such as fashion and home furnishings, as well as services and restaurants. The centre currently has a total gla of 20,400 sqm.

Half of shopping centre visitors want the opportunity to shop on Sundays, according to a CBRE survey. The biggest supporters of Sunday shopping are people aged 35-44, closely followed by the youngest group of shoppers, those under 24.
