Poland BIG Konstantynów 80 pct commercialised
A number of tenants have been announced for the BIG Konstantynów regional retail complex being developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in the Łódź metropolitan area. These stores include New Yorker, CCC, WorldBox, Sinsay, Martes Sport, McDonald’s, Jysk, Diverse and Maxi Zoo.

Jysk is to open a 1,400 sqm store in the BIG Piła retail park, being developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland. Jysk is a home goods store that sells a range of furniture, bedding, decorative items, and garden products.

A retail ground floor of around 2,400 sqm at ul. Stawki 2A in Warsaw, has changed hands. The asset was purchased by Polish investors with Avison Young acting as intermediary.
