CEE region Consumer spending accelerates GDP growth
The economies of Central and Eastern European continue to grow, outpacing many Western European peers despite external trade uncertainties and recent inflationary pressures. The region’s resilience is increasingly driven by consumer spending, supported by moderating inflation and real wage growth, according to Colliers' latest report “ExCEEding Borders CEE 2025: Retail parks: Diverse Growth, Shared Momentum”.

Poland Osada to open in Łask
An Osada retail park is currently being developed in the town of Łask in the Łódź district. The 12,000 sqm retail and service complex will feature several brands that have previously been absent from the town.

In recent years, the Polish retail real estate market has been dominated by retail parks – 339 of them were built between 2019 and 2024, totalling over 1.6 mln sqm, according to the latest report from JLL.

Poland Retail parks continue to expand across Poland
The pace of growth in the Polish retail park market shows no signs of slowing. In its 'Retail Parks Everywhere?' report, Avison Young reports a clear trend of projects growing larger. Currently, 52 retail parks with areas of more than 5,000 sqm are under construction, with ten of these planned to be larger than 15,000 sqm.

Poland Tenants come to oto park siemianowice
The OTO Park Siemianowice retail park under development by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum Group is now 90 pct leased and the commercialisation is on track to be completed by the end of the year with negotiations already underway for the last remaining units.

Poland Ławica Shopping Park opens in Poznań
Ławica Shopping Park on ul. Bukowska has now opened. The 7,000 sqm park of three buildings stands on a 2 ha site. Ławica Shopping Park houses 17 retail units with such brands as Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco, and Maxi Zoo.
