Currently dominated by London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam facilities, the European data centre industry is starting to blossom in the CEE region where more and more facilities of this kind is being developed, says CBRE in its latest report.

UKRAINE At the end of Q2 2014 the primary vacancy level in the warehousing sector in the greater Kyiv area amounted to 10.1 pct, representing a 5.4 pct increase on to Q1, according to research by DTZ.

CZECH REPUBLIC Toyota Tsusho Europe has leased more than 13,000 sqm of space in Prologis Park Prague-Jirny, increasing its space from the previously leased 7,500 sqm.
POLAND The volume of newly delivered warehouse space in Poland in the first half of the year amounted to 326,000 sqm, compared to the 198,000 sqm delivered in H1 2013, according to an industrial market report by Colliers International.
RUSSIA Around 630,000 sqm of new warehouse space was delivered in the first half of the year in the Moscow Region – almost three times more than in H1 2013, according to JLL.
