POLAND Plastic component manufacturer Igus has leased 800 sqm of office space and 1,000 of industrial space in Ideal Idea Park III in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The new tenant will move into the park in April 2015.
W. P. Carey acquires USD 30 mln Polish asset
POLAND US-based real estate investment trust (REIT) W. P. Carey has bought a newly-constructed, app. 32,600 sqm light-industrial and distribution center in Poland’s Opole for USD 29.5 mln (EUR 23.8 mln).

POLAND German holding Brand Group has bought a 2.2-ha investment plot in the Siemianowicki Park Biznesu industrial park from its owner, GTB Metropolis, to build an app. 8,000 sqm spring plant for one of its subsidiaries, Brand Spring Poland.

PNK Group to build 500,000 sqm warehouse complex near Moscow
RUSSIA Warehouse developer PNK Group is planning to develop PNK-Valishchevo – a 500,000 sqm warehouse complex in the south of Moscow Region, 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road and near the Simferopolskoye motorway.

POLAND Eurocash SA-owned impulse product distributor KDWT has signed an eight-year lease deal for 4,960 sqm of warehousing and 463 sqm of office space in Distribution Park Sosnowiec, which is managed and owned by the US-based development and investment company Hines.

ROMANIA German electric and gas utility provider Elster Rometrics has signed a ten-year lease for 7,000 sqm of industrial/ office space in Globalworth’s Timişoara Airport Park (TAP) located near the Traian Vuia International Airport northeast of the Romanian city of Timişoara.
