Skanska works for Imola

The Imola project will involve the construction of a warehouse and production centre. The total useable area of the project will amount to nearly 9,500 sqm and its cubic volume will reach 100,000 cubic metres. The property will provide more than 16,000 pallet spaces in the project’s first stage. “Ultimately our storage capacity will hit 50,000 pallet spaces. Our first and main client in the initial phase will be Domex,” says Marcin Kuśnierek, a co-owner of Imola. The construction work on the project is planned to be completed in March 2016.
