Poland MLP Group secures record 42,000 sqm lease with Auto Partner
MLP Group has signed its largest lease of 2026, with automotive parts distributor Auto Partner taking 42,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at the MLP Bieruń West logistics park in Upper Silesia. The development is already approximately 75 pct leased, ahead of its planned handover in September 2027.

Prologis has started construction of a 6,400 sqm build-to-suit (BTS) vehicle conversion centre at Prologis Park Poznań III for a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer.

Serbia CTP starts construction of Serbia’s largest logistics park
CTP has started construction of CTPark Belgrade Borča, a 40-hectare industrial and logistics park with a planned capacity of 222,700 sqm. Located 10 km from central Belgrade, the development has secured its first tenant, MD International (MDI), part of Waberer’s Group, which has pre-let 10,000 sqm.

Poland Okam extends Loconi Intermodal lease at former FSO site in Warsaw
OKAM has extended its lease agreement with Loconi Intermodal, which has operated a container terminal at the former FSO car factory site at 88 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw since 2015. The agreement covers more than 81,000 sqm and will allow the terminal to continue operating as preparations progress for F.S.O. PARK, OKAM’s planned mixed-use development.

Czech Republic Czech industrial stock exceeds 14 mln sqm as vacancy falls
The Czech Republic’s modern industrial property stock surpassed 14 mln sqm in the third quarter of 2026, while the vacancy rate fell to 5.3 pct, according to the Industrial Research Forum (IRF). Gross take-up reached 455,500 sqm, broadly unchanged quarter on quarter, while 938,500 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space was under construction at the end of September.

Poland BIG Olkusz opens fully let, bringing nine new retail brands to the city
BIG Poland has officially opened BIG Olkusz, a 13,500 sqm GLA retail park that was 100 pct let at opening. Developed jointly with BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group, the scheme introduces nine brands to the local market, including HalfPrice, Kaufland, Douglas, Hebe, W.Kruk, Worldbox, Smyk, DrMaterac and Optilux.

Poland Pozbruk opens factory near Poznań
Pozbruk has opened a new factory for precast reinforced concrete columns in Sobota, near Poznań. The 9,000 sqm facility is equipped with two production lines and an automated reinforcement workshop. The investment will increase production capacity fivefold, to more than 30 columns per day, including elements up to 20 metres long.

Poland Schöck stays on in Segro Park Tychy
Schöck has extended its lease at Segro Park Tychy, Przejazdowa, where it occupies 4,200 sqm of space. Under the renewed agreement, Segro will install a photovoltaic system with energy storage, as well as an electric vehicle charging station for the tenant.

Germany Garbe Industrial hands over 60,000-sqm logistics centre to Takko Fashion
Garbe Industrial has handed over a new logistics centre in Salzgitter-Heerte, Germany, to fashion retailer Takko Fashion. The nearly 60,000-sqm facility will bring together most of the retailer’s logistics operations from mid-2027. Interior fit-out work is under way.

Romania CTP leases 55,600 sqm to Pepco at CTPark Bucharest West
CTP has signed a direct lease with Pepco for 55,619 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West in Romania. The retailer will operate a regional distribution centre at the site, serving Romania and the wider Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Czech Republic Ecologistics leases 44,500 sqm warehouse near Prague
Ecologistics, the Czech arm of logistics company Goodcang Holdings, has signed a long-term lease for an entire 44,500 sqm warehouse at EQT Park Prague North in Lužec nad Vltavou, north of Prague. The 56,600 sqm complex is owned by EQT Real Estate and was developed by 7R.

Poland P3 expands Polish logistics portfolio to 2.7 mln sqm
P3 Logistic Parks has taken over the management of a portfolio of logistics properties totalling around 650,000 sqm, bringing its Polish portfolio to 36 parks with a combined area of 2.7 mln sqm. The properties also offer potential for a further 1 mln sqm of development.

Poland Panattoni Park Bytom fully leased ahead of completion
Panattoni Park Bytom has been fully leased before construction is complete, with packaging supplier Grembox taking more than 33,000 sqm at the development. The complex will offer more than 132,000 sqm in total, and Grembox plans to begin operations at the new location in November 2027.

Poland LemonTree starts work on 30,000 sqm Stream Kraków development
LemonTree has started construction of Stream Kraków by LemonTree, a warehouse and office development of nearly 30,000 sqm near Kraków Airport and the A4 motorway. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. Goldbeck has been appointed as the general contractor.

Poland MSX Elektronika leases space at MLP Pruszków I
MSX Elektronika has leased more than 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Pruszków I. The contract electronics manufacturer will use the premises for device assembly and related production and logistics operations. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Maxon Nieruchomości represented the tenant.

Poland E-commerce platform leases 88,000 sqm in two Logicor parks
A global e-commerce platform has leased a total of 88,000 sqm of warehouse space at two Logicor logistics parks in central Poland. The agreements cover 68,000 sqm at Logicor Stryków and 20,000 sqm at Logicor Łódź I. Announced on 13 October 2026, the transaction strengthens the tenant’s logistics infrastructure in one of the country’s key distribution regions.

Cross-dock warehouses are designed to transfer goods rapidly between inbound and outbound transport, with minimal storage time. Unlike traditional warehouses, their key performance measure is throughput rather than storage capacity, reflecting their ability to handle large numbers of vehicles and significant volumes of goods, according to Axi Immo.

Romania Prime Label’s IPPU Packaging leases 3,000 sqm at Industra Park Iași
IPPU Packaging, part of the European Prime Label Group, has relocated its operations to approximately 3,000 sqm of industrial space at Industra Park Iași, owned by Oresa Industra. Fit-out works were completed in spring 2026, with the facility’s official inauguration scheduled for mid-October.

Sereact, Zalando and CEVA Logistics have introduced AI-powered robots to process returns at logistics centres in Świebodzin, Poland, and Greven, Germany. The robots identify, pick up and sort returned fashion items, taking over repetitive tasks and easing the physical workload for warehouse staff.
