Delta Trans Group has decided to expand its leased space at the Hillwood Ruda Śląska complex by an approx. 9,300 sqm. The logistics operator will now use a total of 27,000 sqm.

Garbe has concluded a rental agreement in the north Hessian town of Ludwigsau (Hersfeld-Rotenburg district, Germany). A manufacturer of outdoor equipment will be moving into a site covering a total of around 55,000 sqm.

Serbia Milšped gets 64,000 sqm
CTP has signed three new leases with Milšped, a logistics provider for Serbia and Southeast Europe, totalling 64,000 sqm. This brings the company's overall footprint with the developer to 105,000 sqm.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a provider of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions. At the MLP Bucharest West logistics centre, the tenant will occupy a total of 20,100 sqm of warehouse and office space. The facility is set to be completed and handed over in November 2025.

Garbe has acquired a plot of land measuring around 32,000 sqm in Bockenem, around 20 km south-east of Hildesheim. A logistics centre with a total area of approx. 18,500 sqm is to be built on this site. The total investment volume amounts to around EUR 23 mln.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a company operating a network of padel centers in Poland. InterPadel will occupy approx. 2,800 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Poznań. The facility is scheduled for handover in December 2025.
