At the end of Q2 2025, the total modern industrial stock in Hungary came to almost 6 mln sqm, according to the Budapest Research Forum. Modern industrial stock in the Greater Budapest surpassed 3.8 mln sqm, while the stock across the regions came to almost 2 mln sqm.

Germany Garbe builds in Salzgitter
Garbe Industrial has celebrated the topping out of a logistics building on a 51,000 sqm brownfield site in Salzgitter (Lower Saxony). The new building should be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2025 with a total investment cost of EUR 40 mln.
