Poland Big bang at end of the year
Savills predicts the warehouse and industrial market in Poland to be heading for a strong end to the year, backed by a stable economy and the growing share of e-commerce.

Poland 7R to build 730,000 sqm in Kraków
7R has been granted a permit to develop a manufacturing hub in Krakow's Nowa Huta district. The project will comprise three buildings with a total area of 230,000 sqm.

Czech Republic Warehousing still recovering
The industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic continues its recovery. After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.

Poland Panattoni builds in Białystok
Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III. The 32,000 sqm project will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Four tenants have already signed lease agreements.

Peakside Capital Advisors has begun construction on the new C1 hall at City Point Targówek. The building will have a total of 17,000 sqm, of which over 10,000 sqm has already been leased.

Poland Uniq expands with MLP
Polish logistics operator Uniq Logistic has signed a lease for around 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space in the MLP Łódź park. With this new deal, the company now leases a total of over 47,000 sqm within the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Average transaction size at the end of Q3 in the warehouse and logistics market was over EUR 820 mln, representing an 11 pct year-on-year increase, according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield.

Czech Republic CTP extends Brno South
CTP has begun construction on a 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South. The anchor tenant will be ABB, which will move into 17,000 sqm and expand its production of low-voltage switchgear. The company is also to lease office space and set up a development centre at the site.

The self-storage market in Poland is still in its infancy, but it has potential for growth. The area of such facilities in Poland comes to 225,000 sqm with an occupancy rate above 78 pct, according to the latest report 'European Self-Storage Industry Report 2025,' published by CBRE and Fedessa.

Poland 5,600 sqm completed in Fortress Logistics Park Stargard
A warehouse building in Fortress Logistics Park Stargard has been issued with an occupancy permit. The Antczak Group acted as the general contractor for the centre of nearly 5,600 sqm.

Poland MLP Announces lease in Gorzów Wielkopolski
Poland’s largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The centre was developed on a speculative basis and was fully prepared for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre leased by the tenant, which now occupies more than 34,000 sqm of MLP space.

After the first three quarters of 2025, Poland’s warehouse market continues to show structural stability, with supply, take-up, and investor activity remaining in balance, according to the ‘Industrial & Logistics Market in Poland – Q1–Q3 2025’ report published by Axi Immo.

Poland Poland ripe for data centre development
Poland has the potential to become a key hub for the Central and Eastern European region and effectively compete with locations such as Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and the Scandinavian countries, according to the latest report by JLL. Forecasts indicate that by 2030, data centre capacity in Poland could exceed 500 MW, and by 2034, reach as much as 1.2 GW.
