Poland Logistics becomes more cautious
Sentiment in the logistics and supply chain sector in Poland has dectlined, according to the latest CBRE and P3 report, "Logistics and Supply Chain Confidence Index 2025/26." In comparison to the previous survey, the index has now fallen below the level considered to be neutral.

Poland Work starts on MLP Bieruń West
MLP has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse with 29,000 sqm of space. Eventually, the park will comprise around 56,000 sqm of modern warehouse and light industrial space. The first building and handover are scheduled for October this year.

Poland Panattoni to build 42,000 sqm in Łódź
Panattoni has begun construction of City Logistics Łódź V – an urban logistics park spanning 42,000 sqm. The brownfield development will be built in the eastern part of the city. PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna is to be the first tenant, occupying nearly 15,000 sqm of space under a deal brokered by Axi Immo.

Poland PINK publishes latest warehouse data
At the end of Q1 2026, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space in these centres) reached 37.4 mln sqm, with the largest markets being Mazowieckie (7.48 mln sqm), Silesia (6.29 mln sqm), and Lower Silesia (5.38 mln sqm), according to the latest data from PINK.

Germany Takko Fashion takes 60,000 sqm
Takko Fashion has signed a lease with Garbe Industrial for 60,000 sqm in a logistics centre under construction in Salzgitter, Lower Saxony. The space is to be used for online sales.

Romania Strong warehouse and logistics market
The total stock of industrial & logistics spaces comes to more than 8 mln sqm across Romania at the end of Q1, confirming the rapid consolidation of this market segment. Approximately 115,000 sqm of new space was delivered in the same quarter, while around 500,000 sqm is currently under construction, supporting a positive outlook for the remainder of 2026 and the beginning of next year, according to the 'Romania Marketbeat Industrial Q1 2026' report published by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Poland Panattoni to build for Toyota
Panattoni has begun the development of a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be a BTS development within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space, along with offices and social facilities.

Poland 7R lays cornerstone in Nowa Huta
7R has laid the cornerstone for a state-of-the-art logistics and technology hub in Kraków. 7R Hub Nowa Huta is set to deliver around 230,000 sqm of modern industrial space. Even before construction work began on ul. Igołomska in Kraków, 7R had secured lease agreements for much of the commercial space in the project.

MLP Group is expanding its portfolio of modern logistics and industrial space with the development of MLP Business Park Munich, its first multi-user park with two operational floors. The planned complex, with around 42,800 sqm of space, will also mark the MLP’s debut in Southern Germany. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2026.
