Poland Panattoni completes Szczecin BTS distribution centre
Panattoni has completed the construction of a major logistics project in Szczecin. The new BTS centre will serve as a distribution centre for an international chain of discount stores.

Germany Blitz takes 37,000 sqm

At the end of Q2 2025, the total modern industrial stock in Hungary came to almost 6 mln sqm, according to the Budapest Research Forum. Modern industrial stock in the Greater Budapest surpassed 3.8 mln sqm, while the stock across the regions came to almost 2 mln sqm.

Panattoni is constructing its Panattoni Campus Hanover City Centre project with around 104,000 sqm. The anchor tenant is to be cable manufacturer Nexams, which is to move into a BTS building with 6,300 sqm of hall space and over 2,900 sqm of office space.

Germany Garbe builds in Salzgitter
Garbe Industrial has celebrated the topping out of a logistics building on a 51,000 sqm brownfield site in Salzgitter (Lower Saxony). The new building should be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2025 with a total investment cost of EUR 40 mln.
