Poland Simba Toys stays on at MLP Pruszków II
Simba Toys, a toy manufacturer and distributor, has renewed its lease for approximately 8,500 square meters in the MLP Pruszków II logistics complex.

Poland New warehouse supply down
At the end of Q2 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space in these facilities) reached 36 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (7.19 mln sqm), the Silesia (6.15 mln sqm), and the Dolnośląskie region (5.30 mln sqm).

Poland Egelhof starts production in Radom
The Egelhof Group is to open its first factory in Poland. The modern 14,000 sqm plant is to be built in the B1 Park in Radom, with production to start in Q4 2025.

At the end of Q2 2025, the total modern industrial stock in Hungary came to almost 6 mln sqm, according to the Budapest Research Forum. Modern industrial stock in the Greater Budapest surpassed 3.8 mln sqm, while the stock across the regions came to almost 2 mln sqm.
