Poland Panattoni builds in Białystok
Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III. The 32,000 sqm project will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Four tenants have already signed lease agreements.

Poland Uniq expands with MLP
Polish logistics operator Uniq Logistic has signed a lease for around 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space in the MLP Łódź park. With this new deal, the company now leases a total of over 47,000 sqm within the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Average transaction size at the end of Q3 in the warehouse and logistics market was over EUR 820 mln, representing an 11 pct year-on-year increase, according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield.

Czech Republic CTP extends Brno South
CTP has begun construction on a 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South. The anchor tenant will be ABB, which will move into 17,000 sqm and expand its production of low-voltage switchgear. The company is also to lease office space and set up a development centre at the site.

A warehouse building in Fortress Logistics Park Stargard has been issued with an occupancy permit. The Antczak Group acted as the general contractor for the centre of nearly 5,600 sqm.

Poland MLP Announces lease in Gorzów Wielkopolski
Poland’s largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The centre was developed on a speculative basis and was fully prepared for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre leased by the tenant, which now occupies more than 34,000 sqm of MLP space.

Poland Poland ripe for data centre development
Poland has the potential to become a key hub for the Central and Eastern European region and effectively compete with locations such as Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and the Scandinavian countries, according to the latest report by JLL. Forecasts indicate that by 2030, data centre capacity in Poland could exceed 500 MW, and by 2034, reach as much as 1.2 GW.

Poland Foundation stone laid for transformer factory
Panattoni BTS has officially launched construction work on a factory in Łódź for ZREW Transformatory, part of the R&S Group. The project is being built in an investment of CHF 25 mln (about PLN 115 million). It will double the company’s production capacity and create 200 new jobs. The foundation stone was laid on 21st November.

Auchan has officially opened one of the most high-tech fulfilment centres in Poland in Wilcza Góra . The 18,000 sqm build-to-suit building was developed by Panattoni and is fully tailored to the needs of online grocery distribution, being equipped with the state-of-the-art Ocado automation system.

Germany DP World comes to Wörth
Logistics operator DP World has signed a lease for 5,000 sqm of space in Garbe Industrial's centre in Wörth an der Isar in Bavaria. DP World will use the space to handle contract logistics for a customer from the automotive sector.
