Czech Republic Industrial market booming
In Q3 2025, industrial construction volume in the Czech Republic reached a two-year high, and demand was significantly stronger than in the previous year, according to the latest findings of the Industrial Research Forum.

Czech Republic New motorways to reshape industrial market
The development of the country’s motorway network is shortening travel times between regional centres and connecting the country to the European transport network, fundamentally reshaping the industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic. Development activity, which has so far been concentrated mainly around Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Plzeň, is also shifting. Attention is currently turning to cities such as Olomouc, Jihlava and Liberec; with České Budějovice and Litomyšl set to join them in the coming years.

Poland Panattoni builds for Media Expert
Panattoni has begun construction of a new distribution centre in Łódź for Media Expert. Media Expert is Poland’s largest retailer of consumer electronics and household appliances, operating over 600 brick-and-mortar stores. The 208,000 sqm project being developed in an investment of PLN 500 mln, will be one of the largest warehouse centres in the country.

Germany VAH Jager goes up to 40,000 sqm
Fulfilment services provider VAH Jager, has leased an additional 10,000 sqm of space in Garbe Industrial's Oberkrämer logistics park just north of Berlin. The company already occupies a 30,000 sqm, bringing its total space leased to 40,000 square meters in the centre.

Germany Panattoni builds in Cologne
Panattoni is constructing around. 35,000 sqm modern logistics space on a former Ford factory in Cologne, which is currently the only industrial development in the city. Completion is slated for July 2026.

Panattoni has purchased a 13 ha plot and is launching a new project in the Podkarpacie region. The first phase of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II will comprise two buildings totalling over 42,000 sqm.

Rohlig Suus Logistics Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II. The logistics operator is to move into the first building of 25,500 sqm, the construction of which began in August this year.

Germany Three tenants signed up by Garbe in Duisburg
Garbe has secured three new tenants for its Duisburg park. An undisclosed Chinese logistics operator will lease an entire logistics hall, while Annings Industrial Solutions and the Duisburg branch of Actemium will occupy space in two newly constructed industrial buildings.
