Czech Republic Nika expands in Pardubice
Nika Logistics, a company owned by Šmídl Holding, has extended its lease in the DMC Pardubice complex and expanded its warehouse space. The company expanded the size of its lease by an additional 2,000 sqm of hall space and now occupies nearly 14,000 sqm.

Poland City Point Okęcie completed
Partners Group and Peakside have completed the construction of City Point Okęcie, a BTS project for Welcome Airport Services. The 11,000 sqm centre will serve as a new international cargo terminal.

Invesco Real Estate has acquired a 5.1 ha plot in Maisach, near Munich, where a new logistics centre of around 36,000 sqm is to be built. Electronic component distributor TTI has already leased all the available space.

Panattoni has built a 7,650 sqm manufacturing plant for Taiwanese-based Compal Electronics in Czeladź, southern Poland. The factory, now owned by the company, is its first automotive electronics factory in Europe and trial production is set to begin by the end of 2025.
