Poland EIKA and Panattoni build in Sochaczew
Investment management company EIKA Asset Management, together with real estate developer Panattoni, has completed the construction of a logistics centre in Sochaczew. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, and a portion of the centre has already been leased.

Rohlig Suus Logistics Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II. The logistics operator is to move into the first building of 25,500 sqm, the construction of which began in August this year.

Garbe has secured three new tenants for its Duisburg park. An undisclosed Chinese logistics operator will lease an entire logistics hall, while Annings Industrial Solutions and the Duisburg branch of Actemium will occupy space in two newly constructed industrial buildings.

Czech Republic Nika expands in Pardubice
Nika Logistics, a company owned by Šmídl Holding, has extended its lease in the DMC Pardubice complex and expanded its warehouse space. The company expanded the size of its lease by an additional 2,000 sqm of hall space and now occupies nearly 14,000 sqm.

Partners Group and Peakside have completed the construction of City Point Okęcie, a BTS project for Welcome Airport Services. The 11,000 sqm centre will serve as a new international cargo terminal.
