Poland CTP completes first Emilianów building
CTP has completed the first building in the CTPark Warsaw Emilianów complex, delivering approximately 54,000 sqm to the market. The company is preparing to begin construction on the second building with an area of more than 43,000 sqm.

Poland Two tenants stay on in Diamond Business Park
Konvertia Poland and Fresenius Kabi Polska have signed lease extensions for space in Diamond Business Park Stryków, a joint venture between Greykite European Real Estate Fund I and White Star Real Estate. Fresenius Kabi, also increased the size of its lease. The newly signed deals are for a total area of 34,400 sqm.

Poland Panattoni signs up Mikomax
Acoustic booth manufacturer Mikomax has extended its lease for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at City Logistics Łódź III and also leased a new 3,000 sqm space at Panattoni Business Center Łódź I.

Germany Stable market in Düsseldorf
The total supply of logistics and industrial properties in Düsseldorf in 2025 reached 299,000 sqm, a 6 pct year-on-year decline, according to data from Realogis. However, this figure was close to the five-year average of 300,000 sqm, demonstrating the market to be stable.

Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with Moje Bambino at Logicor Łódź III. The company has leased a total of 13,200 sqm, comprising 12,400 sqm of warehouse space and 800 sqm of office space.

Poland Staying with MLP
One of the world’s largest logistics operators has strengthened its long-standing partnership with MLP Group by relocating its operations to the adjacent MLP Pruszków II complex, the largest logistics hub in the region. The move follows 15 years of leasing from MLP and reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the Polish market.

Poland Panattoni builds for Danfoss

Poland Domator24 expands with CTP
Domator24, a Polish manufacturer of gaming chairs and metal furniture, has increased the size of its lease in CTPark Sulechów by over 7,000 sqm. With this expansion, the Zielona Góra-based company now has nearly 13,100 sqm in its third warehouse in the country.

Ingram Micro, one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and mobile devices, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, for around 8,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The deal was brokered by CBRE.

Panattoni has signed an agreement with a new tenant for its urban development in Łódź. Olmed, which operates a pharmacy and online drugstore, has taken up 9,500 sqm of space in City Logistics Łódź VI.

Germany KPE to deliver 40,000 sqm near Dortmund
Kajima Properties Europe (KPE) has broken ground on a new logistics project in Germany, a 40,000 sqm speculative warehouse development. The business acquired the 12.1 ha remediated brownfield site in Hagen near Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, in December 2025.

Poland Lease renewals now dominate
2025 was a year of recovery for the Polish warehouse market. Total gross leasing activity reached over 6.8 mln sqm, the second-highest ever figure only surpassed by the figures from 2021. JLL has released its 2025 data for the warehouse and logistics real estate sector in Poland.

Demand for industrial and logistics space in Romania increased by 51 pct year-on-year in 2025, reaching 1.275 mln sqm. This was the second-highest ever figure for the market, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Poland Makita doubles area in MLP Pruszków II
Power tool producer Makita has expanded its leased space at the MLP Pruszków II complex to around 18,000 sqm, nearly doubling its previously occupied area. The tenant is expected to move into its new space in mid-2026. Cushman & Wakefield supported the tenant in the transaction.
