Poland Staying with MLP
One of the world’s largest logistics operators has strengthened its long-standing partnership with MLP Group by relocating its operations to the adjacent MLP Pruszków II complex, the largest logistics hub in the region. The move follows 15 years of leasing from MLP and reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the Polish market.

Poland Panattoni builds for Danfoss
Panattoni is building a BTO production and warehouse centre with an area of approximately 22,500 sqm in the town of Tuchom in the Pomerania region. Construction is due to be completed in the spring of this year.

The Polish warehouse market saw the third-highest leasing activity in history with 6.6 mln sqm under contract in 2025, according to the latest CBRE data.

Poland Domator24 expands with CTP
Domator24, a Polish manufacturer of gaming chairs and metal furniture, has increased the size of its lease in CTPark Sulechów by over 7,000 sqm. With this expansion, the Zielona Góra-based company now has nearly 13,100 sqm in its third warehouse in the country.

Poland Ingram Micro renews lease with MLP
Ingram Micro, one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and mobile devices, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, for around 8,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The deal was brokered by CBRE.

Poland Olmed signs up with Panattoni
Panattoni has signed an agreement with a new tenant for its urban development in Łódź. Olmed, which operates a pharmacy and online drugstore, has taken up 9,500 sqm of space in City Logistics Łódź VI.

Germany KPE to deliver 40,000 sqm near Dortmund
Kajima Properties Europe (KPE) has broken ground on a new logistics project in Germany, a 40,000 sqm speculative warehouse development. The business acquired the 12.1 ha remediated brownfield site in Hagen near Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, in December 2025.

Poland Lease renewals now dominate
2025 was a year of recovery for the Polish warehouse market. Total gross leasing activity reached over 6.8 mln sqm, the second-highest ever figure only surpassed by the figures from 2021. JLL has released its 2025 data for the warehouse and logistics real estate sector in Poland.

Nowa Szkoła has renegotiated its lease and expanded within the Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź. The total area occupied by the tenant in the AEW owned logistics park will total 12,500 sqm.

Demand for industrial and logistics space in Romania increased by 51 pct year-on-year in 2025, reaching 1.275 mln sqm. This was the second-highest ever figure for the market, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Poland Makita doubles area in MLP Pruszków II
Power tool producer Makita has expanded its leased space at the MLP Pruszków II complex to around 18,000 sqm, nearly doubling its previously occupied area. The tenant is expected to move into its new space in mid-2026. Cushman & Wakefield supported the tenant in the transaction.

Poland PINK releases figures for 2025
According to the latest data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) at the end of Q4 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space in these facilities) reached 36.6 mln sqm, with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie region (7.34 mln sqm), the Śląskie region (6.19 mln sqm), and the Dolnośląskie region (5.31 mln sqm).

Poland Work begins in Nadarzyn
Panattoni is starting the next stage of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV – a new 26,300 sqm warehouse will be built as part of the complex in Nadarzyn. The first tenant of the new building is sports store DZIK.

P3 Logistic Parks has signed a lease agreement with Iglotex, one of Poland’s leading producers and distributors of frozen food. The company has leased 9,260 sqm of space in P3 Błonie.
