POLAND InPost opens service centre in CTPark Opole
Polish parcel locker operator InPost Group has launched its OPO II Logistics and Service Centre at CTPark Opole in southwest Poland, which is to support the operations of its European network.

Hungary CTP comes to Pécs
CTP is to develop a 66,000 sqm industrial and logistics park in Pécs in southern Hungary. In the first stage, CTP is to develop a 14,200 sqm BTS building for an existing client.

Poland 7R signs up BrandBQ
BrandBQ, the owner of the Medicine fashion brand, has leased more than 30,000 sqm at 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Kraków. The lease will be implemented in stages, with the first stage to be handed over to the tenant in November 2027, and the second to be operational by November 2028.

Poland Two tenants for P3
P3 has announced the signing of two leases for space in its P3 Poznań logistics park. Long-standing tenant Colian Logistic has renewed its lease for 4,825 sqm of warehouse space, while Arctos Creme has signed a new agreement for 7,913 sqm.

Poland Dachser opens in Szczecin
Dachser has officially launched operations from its new transhipment terminal at ul. Cynkowa 5 in Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II. The centre has 3,500 sqm, including 700 sqm of offices.

Romania CTP expands for FM Logistic
CTPark Bucharest in Dragomirești Vale is to be expanded by an additional 10,300 sqm for FM Logistic, which currently occupies 23,800 sqm in the park. Upon completion of the work in Q3 2026, FM Logistic will operate from around 116,000 sqm across all of CTP’s industrial parks in Romania.

Poland Panattoni to begin work on Panattoni Park Kraków West IV
Panattoni, together with Eika Asset Management, an investment management company, have begun the development of Panattoni Park Kraków West IV. The centre, comprising over 46,000 sqm, will be built in Skawina, within the Kraków metropolitan area. The first tenant, a retailer of wooden panelling, will occupy nearly 17,000 sqm.

Cereals company Sonko has extended its 22,000 sqm lease in Prologis Park Wrocław. The company has been a tenant in the park since 2007.

Poland Holcim builds in Bielawy
Holcim Polska has begun construction of an Aggregate Production Plant in Bielawy, on the premises of a limestone mine owned by the Kujawy Cement Plant. This PLN 98 mln project represents the company's largest investment in the aggregates segment.

Poland DSV expands in Wrocław
DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The world’s largest logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after having moved in. Under the new agreement, DSV will now occupy over 65,000 sqm in the centre.

Poland Pepsico opens new centre near Wrocław
ID Logistics has expanded its partnership with PepsiCo by opening a new logistics facility in Tyniec Mały, near Wrocław. The existing two distribution centres, with a total area of 81,000 sqm, and the transport hub in Mszczonów have been joined by a 15,000 sqm warehouse, designed to serve deliveries to the German market.

Poland Panattoni builds for Danfoss
Panattoni BTS has completed the construction of a bespoke BTO factory for Danfoss in Tuchom. The 22,500 sqm plant will start manufacturing heat exchangers. It was designed and built to meet the requirements of the client’s production processes and its internal logistics.

Poland CTP to build in Częstochowa
CTP is to build the CTPark Częstochowa industrial park on the A1 motorway. Eventually, CTPark Częstochowa will comprise 100,060 sqm of leasable space. Two buildings are to be constructed: CZES01 with an area of 57,152 sqm and CZES02 with an area of 42,908 sqm.

Poland City Point Targówek grows
Peakside Capital Advisors has officially begun construction work on Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, the largest urban logistics and light industrial park within the city limits of Warsaw. The general contractor is Depenbrock Polska. The new building will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of modern warehouse and light industrial space.
