Poland Warehouses set to further expand
More than half of Europe's warehouse and logistics tenants are planning to expand the amount of space they lease over the next three years. According to the latest 'European Logistics Occupier Survey 2026' published by CBRE and Analytiqa, 50.5 pct of occupiers expect to increase their warehouse footprint, up 4.3 pp compared with last year.

Czech Republic VGP signs up Direct Auto
VGP has handed over the last available space in hall B at the VGP Park České Budějovice complex to Direct Auto, which has secured a custom-designed space of 4,200 sqm. Building B is now fully occupied.

Poland CTP launches industrial and logistics park in Bydgoszcz
CTP has announced plans for a new industrial and logistics development, CTPark Bydgoszcz, which will provide more than 51,000 sqm of space within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE). Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming months.

CEVA Logistics extends Zalando partnership through to 2030
Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has extended its partnership with online fashion platform Zalando to support its European operations. The new agreements, which will run until at least 2030, cover fulfilment centres, returns processing facilities and inbound logistics operations across Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

Poland DHL signs two leases with Hillwood
DHL eCommerce Polska has signed two new lease agreements with Hillwood Polska, securing more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and office space across the Hillwood Zgierz I and Industrial Park Tychy logistics parks.

Poland Logisteed expands its lease with Panattoni to 50,000 sqm
Panattoni and Logisteed Poland are expanding their partnership in Warsaw. The logistics operator has extended its current lease and increased its area at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II to 50,000 sqm. The development is now fully leased.

Poland CTP signs up InterPadel
CTP has signed a ten-year lease agreement with InterPadel, which will open a new sports centre at CTPark Warsaw Janki. The development will comprise a standalone building of nearly 3,000 sqm, including nine padel courts.

Slovakia Industrial space almost 5 mln sqm
The Industrial Research Forum presents an overview of Slovakia's warehouse and industrial real estate market in Q2 2026. Total supply of modern industrial space reached 4.89 mln sqm. The gross take-up totalled 93,400 sqm, representing a 9 pct y-o-y decrease. The net take-up (excluding lease renegotiations) amounted to 66,600 sqm. The Vacancy rate increased slightly q-o-q to 7.80 pct. A total of 25,800 sqm of new space was delivered to the market in Q2 2026, while 265,800 sqm of space was under construction, with 37 pct already pre-leased. Prime rents stayed flat at EUR 5.30 per sqm per month.

Panattoni has fully leased Panattoni Park Kielce just a few weeks after the project was completed. The last remaining space was leased as part of an expansion by one of the existing tenants – a market leader in logistics services.

Lithuania YIT to build tank factory
YIT has signed an agreement with UAB Lithuania Defence Services to construct a Leopard 2A8 tank production and maintenance plant in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone. The total value of the design and build contract is around EUR 30 mln, and it will be recorded in the third-quarter order book.

7R Park Warsaw South III to arise in Sękocin
7R is launching the development of 7R Park Warsaw South III, a modern warehouse park in Sękocin near Warsaw. The project will comprise two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 47,000 sqm. Construction works are scheduled to begin in early August 2026. Already, online tennis equipment retailer Strefa Tenisa has signed a lease for 3,500 sqm.
