Czech Republic Gridarch completes centre for BMW
Developer Gridarch has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov. Three new industrial buildings including office space with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will be used by BMW Group as its overseas logistics distribution centre.

Germany 7R set up for first German project
Polish warehouse developer 7R has completed the key formalities related to the acquisition of a property in Berlin from Karl Gruppe, which will become part of the company's first German development: 7R City Park Berlin East, with a total value of around EUR 70 mln.

Harden Construction is constructing a 46,000 sqm logistics centre in Poznań. Panattoni Park Poznań East III is to be built as a BTS centre for a leading distributor of fresh produce, both chilled and frozen. Construction work began in May.

Germany CTP starts work in Recklinghausen
CTP will transform a former production site in Recklinghausen, Germany into a new, urban business park. The 65,000 sqm site was purchased from Ball Beverage Packaging Recklinghausen, which ceased production of aluminium beverage cans in August 2017.

Realogis recorded take-up of 115,700 sqm on Munich’s logistics and industrial property market in H1 2026. Of this total, warehouse space accounted for 99,500 sqm or 86 pct, office space for 13,900 sqm (12 pct) and mezzanine space for 2,300 sqm (2 pct).

Poland Pekabex to expand fish and seafood distribution centre
Pekabex Bet, part of the Pekabex Group, has been appointed by Nord Capital as the general contractor for the expansion of the Fish and Seafood Distribution and Processing Centre in Rekowo Górne. The contract value corresponds to 2 pct of the Pekabex Group's revenue in 2025.

BrandBQ, the owner of the Medicine fashion brand, has leased more than 30,000 sqm at 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Kraków. The lease will be implemented in stages, with the first stage to be handed over to the tenant in November 2027, and the second to be operational by November 2028.
