Warsaw North Logistic Park has been granted an occupancy permit. This warehouse and logistics centre was developed near Warsaw by Eika Asset Management.

Poland Panattoni to build near Kraków
Panattoni has purchased 9 ha in Zakrzów and is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East VI, which will comprise two buildings. The 11,000 sqm centre will include a BTS building for a leading logistics operator, while a further 16,000 sqm is being developed on a speculative basis.

Poland Panattoni delivers household appliance component factory
Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production facility for the E.G.O.- Group (E.G.O.), one of the world’s leading suppliers of components for the household appliances sector. The 15,000 sqm factory was delivered in a build-to-own (BTO) formula in Łódź, next to the company’s existing headquarters.

After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.
