Poland MLP Announces lease in Gorzów Wielkopolski
Poland’s largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The centre was developed on a speculative basis and was fully prepared for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre leased by the tenant, which now occupies more than 34,000 sqm of MLP space.

After the first three quarters of 2025, Poland’s warehouse market continues to show structural stability, with supply, take-up, and investor activity remaining in balance, according to the ‘Industrial & Logistics Market in Poland – Q1–Q3 2025’ report published by Axi Immo.

ID Logistics has extended its 80,000 sqm lease in P3 Wrocław II Park with P3 Logistic Parks. It has been in the building since 2021. The lease renewal was mediated by JLL.

Poland Poland ripe for data centre development
Poland has the potential to become a key hub for the Central and Eastern European region and effectively compete with locations such as Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and the Scandinavian countries, according to the latest report by JLL. Forecasts indicate that by 2030, data centre capacity in Poland could exceed 500 MW, and by 2034, reach as much as 1.2 GW.

Poland Foundation stone laid for transformer factory
Panattoni BTS has officially launched construction work on a factory in Łódź for ZREW Transformatory, part of the R&S Group. The project is being built in an investment of CHF 25 mln (about PLN 115 million). It will double the company’s production capacity and create 200 new jobs. The foundation stone was laid on 21st November.

Poland Auchan comes to Wilcza Góra
Auchan has officially opened one of the most high-tech fulfilment centres in Poland in Wilcza Góra . The 18,000 sqm build-to-suit building was developed by Panattoni and is fully tailored to the needs of online grocery distribution, being equipped with the state-of-the-art Ocado automation system.

Germany DP World comes to Wörth
Logistics operator DP World has signed a lease for 5,000 sqm of space in Garbe Industrial's centre in Wörth an der Isar in Bavaria. DP World will use the space to handle contract logistics for a customer from the automotive sector.

CTP has announced that a major international logistics business has leased 80,000 sqm of BTS space for a major distribution hub at the new CTPark Budapest–Érd. The new 80,000 sqm BTS logistics building will be delivered to the tenant in Q1 2027.

At the end of Q3 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space included in these centres) reached 36,4 mln sqm, with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie region (7.28 mln sqm), the Silesia region (6.17 mln sqm), and the Lower Silesia region (5.30 mln sqm), according to the latest figures from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate..

Jet Industrial Lease, a real estate fund owned by the Czech investment firm Jet Investment, has begun construction on a modern industrial complex in Rzeszów. The new 42,000 sqm centre will be built on a 13 ha site and is to be certified under BREEAM New Construction for a rating of Excellent.
